My wife's homemade pimento cheese is the best ever. Made from her own special blend, it has everything, including proper moistness, that great pimento cheese should have. No really different ingredients, just very tasty pimento cheese.
another vote for HT's pimento cheese. Yes the picture does not bode well for this review (I'm on the edge of my seat waiting) but if helen say's it's the best EVER, who would dare think any different? Her taste buds are king in the queen city. Bless her heart.
