Brent Martin is now executive chef at the
Pewter Rose in South End; Geoff Bragg has become chef de cuisine at Asheville's Grove Park Inn. A Buffalo native, Martin has been cooking with Bragg the last two years. Plans call for what he calls "some new items and styles" but also a continuation of favorites. 1820 South Blvd.; 704-332-8149.
