New butcher & prepped foods at 7th Street Public Market

Look for meatball parms and other sandwiches in June from butcher Vic Giroux at What's Your Beef, which will go into the old Meat & Fish Co. (which is moving) at the 7th Street Public Market. This Saturday (May 17), several spots will be serving up Giroux's bacon -- Orrman’s Cheese Shop will have a bacon grilled cheese sandwich, Pure Pizza a bacon vinaigrette salad and bacon blue cheese pizza, and Local Loaf a “bacon bits” pancake, special BLT and bacon burger.
