Dine out, do good

The next "Bask in the Cause" -- an event benefitting Autism Services of Mecklenburg County -- will be 5-8 p.m. May 25 at Bask on Seaboard. D'Vine Wine Cafe hosts a "heart healthy" wine dinner with Ehlers Estate Winery May 26. The Napa winery contributes profits to cardiovascular disease research.
