Quail "au vin" a translation of "with wine" with basmati and chorizo? about as lame as it gets....FYI anything served at a wine dinner will be "au vin"

Thanks for your kind offer, Anon, but you'd need to reach out to the folks doing the dinner: It's their menu, they named the their dishes. I don't do translations, nor do I "correct" people's choice of titles.
