Rooster's hosts a Tomato Harvest Celebration Dinner Aug. 18, with area farm Fisher Farms as a partner: Five courses with paired wines for $59. Honey harvest at the Ritz-Carlton: Aug. 11, some 30 pounds of natural honey is expected to be gleaned from the two beehives on the roof of the uptown (LEED Gold-certified) hotel. Executive chef Jon Farace will be on hand, as will folks from Cloister Honey -- and the 80,000 (or so) bees who live there. 201 E. Trade St.
