... "Memphis in May," which hosts the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest, that is. Mac's Speed Shop was invited to take part, along with 250+ teams from 20 states, as well as Africa, Italy and more, May 12-14 in downtown Memphis. Mac's will be competing in the pork shoulder category.
