Among the courses: oven-dried tomato and ricotta tart with 2009 Lamborghini “Trescone” IGT; veal scallopini with fire-roasted mushrooms and 2007 Lamborghini “Torami” IGT; grilled lamb chops with 2006 Lamborghini “Campoleone” IGT, and more.
