Wine dinner at Ni Fen

Shelby's Ni Fen (whose chef is now Mark Hibbs, who you may remember from Blackthorne and Ratcliffe on the Green in Charlotte) hosts a four-course wine dinner April 16, with courses including apple-stuffed Springer Mountain chicken with honey bourbon glaze, seared pork tenderloin with roasted plums and braised leg of lamb with chocolate Sirah reduction. 214 S.
