Speaking of 'cue...


... Zagat.com posted "22 Must-Try Barbecue Dishes" -- in New York City. The page also links to a region "smackdown" (look for our own Bar-B-Q King, but in sign only: the N.C. reference is Raleigh's The Pit) and lists of international 'cue dishes. Just...interesting.

Someone should tell all of the transplants here that there is no such thing as a "barbecue dish", unless you count the plate you're eating barbecue on. And that brisket has no place here.
