Through May 23, look for desserts at Cantina 1511 and Mama Ricotta's that use strawberries from James Cooley Farms (in Strawberry Hill, S.C.) and Rawl Farm (Lexington, S.C.) Each week will offer a different special. In the lineup from pastry chef Tiffany Earp: Through May 2, strawberry shortcake, using shortbread biscuit, dried berries, white chocolate mousse and Grand Marnier-macerated berries. May 3-9: strawberry mascarpone tart. May 10-16: strawberry and cream cheese galette (a free-form pie) with strawberry sorbet. May 17-23: strawberry and Nutella crepes.
