Poulet Soiree

New Town Farms in the Waxhaw area hosts a multi-course meal beginning at 3 p.m. Nov. 6, with chef Joseph Bonaparte putting to use pasture-raised French heritage breed chicken and organic vegetables from the farm's fall garden.
