"A Noble Cause" will be held May 6 at Noble's (6801 Morrison Blvd.) to raise funds for three Charlotte nonprofits: Jacob's Ladder Job Center, Seigle Avenue Preschool Cooperative and the YMCA Strengthening Families Program. An assortment of drinks, hors d'oeuvres and sweets, and live music from The Brubakers will be on hand.
