Wine and dine

Morton's The Steakhouse has a new wine-by-the-glass menu of 27 wines, including a 1995 Kalin Cellars Chardonnay Cuvée LD from Dry Creek that winemaker Terrance Leighton says "just woke up"'; and the 25th release of 2010 Vintner’s Hall of Fame inductee Randall Grahm’s Bonny Doon "Le Cigare Volant."
