New sip at the Ritz

Urban Sip at the uptown Ritz-Carlton now has a tapas menu, with ahi tuna tacos, prosciutto di Parma with smoked blue cheese, steak tartare with poached quail egg, and more, and is also introducing the "Rooftop Honey Brandy Sour," a seasonal cocktail made with honey harvested from the beehives it keeps on the hotel roof. 201 E.
