The Palm hosts a wine dinner highlighting Chateau Lafite Rothschild on March 20, with a Lafite specialist guiding diners through the pairings. Lafite's been around since the 1670s, and has domaines in Chile and Argentina as well as France. This dinner will offer wines from the French and Argentinian estates. Five courses; $155 per person ($140 for the restaurant's 837 Club members), plus tax and tip.
