Burrata, Barolo, bits and crumbs

Mezzo soprano Daidree Tofano serves up Italian love arias and Passion8 four courses on Feb. 11, for $65 per person. The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority named The King's Kitchen its restaurant of the year.
