Bar Macaron has opened inside the Ritz-Carlton's Bar Cocoa area, selling a wide range of the brightly colored cookies made with almond flour, egg whites and sugar, plus a sweet center. Among the flavors: chocolate (with cocoa nibs and ganache filling), vanilla with vanilla buttercream, cinnamon with dulce de leche, lemon, red velvet (with cream cheese filling), mint chocolate, orange creamsicle, lavender (with whipped honey filling) and more.
