Charlotte's Dan Ballister says he came up with "The Drive-thru Dining Guide" (see www.DriveThruGuide.com) as a way to help folks make healthier decisions at 30 fast food chains. It suggests combos -- more than 100 of which have 250-600 calories and 30 or fewer fat grams -- and gives nutritional info, and comes in a print version or smart phone application.
