Zink hosts a wine dinner featuring Sonoma County's Rodney Strong Vineyards on Aug. 2, in conjunction with Chef's Collaborative and that group's effort to preserve Bristol Bay, Alaska, which it calls the most productive wild salmon fishery in the world.
